When prompted, equip the Thought Tuner and rotate Raz until the light turns green. If you go outside the Laboratory, you'll get a demonstration of how the Thought Tuner works. Raz will enter the brain only to find a talking Mote of Light that has no idea what it is? However, it's still an acceptable brain to put into Nick's body, so you'll take it with you. In the Unprocessed Brains section, choose the brain at the bottom called Harry Heptadome, the only brain authorized for release. To get into the Mailroom, you'll need to get a new brain for Nick's body so that person can impersonate Nick and be let into the room where Postmaster Cruller is.
